Begin planning now for the 2010 Weber County Fair, August 11-14, 2010. Call now to reserve your space. Booths are sold on a first come, first served basis. In an effort to keep the diversity of the Weber County Fair, there will be a limited number of vendors selling the same type of product and/or service. Inside and outside booths are available to accommodate nearly 200 exhibitors.

Enclosed is a vendor brochure including a diagram of the 2010 layout. Indoor booths are located inside the Recreation Hall and cost is $400 for inline booths and $450 for corners. Outdoor booths are $350 for inline booths and $400 for corners. All booths are 10'x10'. Fair will provide pipe and drape for indoor booths and canopies for outdoor booths. Access to 110v power is included with most booths, however, additional 220v power or phone lines are an additional charge and only available in certain areas.

Fair hours are 11am-11pm each day, however, the buildings will close at 10pm. Booths must be staffed during fair hours. The fair will be charging gate admission, so each booth will receive fair tickets for their employees. Vendor parking will continue to be in the North parking lot.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due with the lease agreement upon reservation. Approximately 30 days prior to the fair, you will receive a confirmation packet which will include final fair information. Refunds will not be issued on booths that are cancelled after July 16.
